Fruit! ...and a little veg
I have such serious deep love for the colors, forms, and juicy magic of fruits. Honestly, can't believe these beauties just grow on trees.
One of my fondest travel memories was spent on the coast of Lopez Island, eating apples straight off the branch, gazing out at the water, making unbroken eye contact with a seal.
All I really remember from my time in Spain (aside from the magnificence of Gaudi's work and a newfound love of siestas) is discovering my favorite fruit, Cherimoya, and eating SO many oranges.
I've been vegan longer than I've been paintings miniatures, and when I tell you: give a girl a perfectly ripe peach fresh from the tree, and she'll daydream about it for years. True story bb. I hold my fruit memories in my heart like love letters from Mama Earth.
